Right after the missed call, Catch sends a text so the caller knows you got their call. The text says it's from an automated assistant, and they can reply STOP at any time.

The assistant asks what the problem is, where the job is, and when works for them, using the services and hours you give it. You get the details and confirm the appointment.
Before you go live, we set up your texting with you, including the carrier registration that business texting requires. Going live depends on carrier approval.
